Reflexology is a modality that is based on the science and art of applying certain pressure with the thumbs and fingers to points that correspond to all the organs, glands and parts of the body.

I, Nikki O'Brien, am a licensed and certified reflexologist, who studied with the International Institute of Reflexology. This is a world renown Reflexology school that gives a practical and written exam along with hands on training. This is the Ingham Method of Reflexology. I was also tutored by Stephanie Tsanas at the Northern Nevada Reflexology Center, www.reflexfeet.net, which incorporates the Laura Norman School of Reflexology methods. I am licensed by the State of Nevada for Reflexology, #NVRF0005.
